Update December 2025, another delightful meal here. The service was a bit slow tonight but the staff were doing their best, seemed to be a person or two down. But the food was excellent as usual. Outstanding. We have dined here twice now and the food is exceptional! The freshness and flavours of all the dishes we tried was sensational, small things like the variety of vegetables included make it so good. The presentation of the dishes is next level. Prompt service, efficient & friendly staff very accomodating for allergies and dietary requirements. The resturant is small, so tables are compact and it is loud when busy (all the time!) but the food is why you go there.

Ummarin is definitely one of the best restaurants in Randwick. The food is authentic and out of this world! I’ve ordered take out and dined it. The dine is option is more emphatic but take out is great too! Highly recommend their Penang curry but all the food is up to the mark!

The food was so great, especially the curry soup. We didn’t leave any food left. Apart from that, the staffs are really kind, my kids were playing around while we’re finishing our yummy soup, and they did give her a sticker. Love this place and highly recommend for family.

My favourite restaurant. Any time I'm in Sydney I come here as they have the most amazing vegan dishes. I brought my kids this time and we all had the best meals. Highly recommend

The food was AMAZING!! Best tasting Pad See Ew I’ve ever had, and the presentation of every dish was incredible. Definitely coming back here soon. The service was so lovely, and the place was bustling! Definitely try their home made peach ice tea too!
