This was my second visit to this place. The first time, everything was great—delicious food, clean environment, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn’t the same. There was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant that I couldn’t quite identify, and the special beef soup I ordered lacked the flavor I enjoyed on my first visit. It was so bland that I didn’t finish it. Perhaps I just came at the wrong time, but overall this visit was disappointing compared to my first.

Went for the large special ox tail pho. The portion size was good not too much that you feel like it's a struggle to finish. The broth was nice with decent amount of meat and ox tail chunks. The Mrs got the bo kho that was also really good she really enjoyed it. I would definitely come back for the oxtail pho and probably try out their other dishes too.

Their oxtail pho brother is a delight! My new go to pho place. Ordered off uber eats and still tastes super fresh :)

Pho Minh Thai is a really delicious and authentic little mum and pop pho house in Canley Vale. A nice stand alone restaurant and not located in a busy area which makes it perfect to find parking. You know the pho is good when there are lots of Viets eating there, most ordering pho without even looking at the menu. Generous with their basil. The broth was aromatic and flavoursome. No msg or minimum msg detected as I had no slapped cheek reaction which happens when I eat food with too much msg. They accept card payment which is a bonus in Vietville. I enjoyed this more than Pho An Bankstown and given it is 10 mins drive from home, I will be going here frequently. Can’t believe I didn’t notice this place before now. It certainly fills the void left by Pho Thang Long which closed down not too long ago.
