Monkey King Balgowlah is a true gem in the area. The food is incredibly tasty, and the service is impeccable. Although I don't get to visit as often as I'd like, this time we went to celebrate my son's birthday. For the three of us, we ordered crispy soft-shell crab, chilli basil crispy pork, rice, and chicken pad se ew noodles. We were thoroughly satisfied and full. What would we change? Absolutely nothing, everything was delicious.

We are a group of 10 that dined in this beautiful gem in the heart of Balgowlah. I’m so impressed how the waitress Arissa was so helpful with all our needs and orders. Compliments to the chefs as well as all the food we ordered are so freshly and deliciously made. We will be coming back!!! Thais again . 5 ⭐️

Ordered food at 7pm and ended up waiting for 2 hours. I called the restaurant, and they claimed they had dropped the food outside and tried calling me multiple times yet I had no missed calls at all. Uber still showed the order as being on its way. The staff were completely unhelpful and offered no support. They even sent me a picture of the food left outside a random house. I don’t understand why they would leave it there without contacting me. No refund, no help. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The salmon and pork dishes were absolutely delicious, and the dumplings and crab tempura were great as side dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the partially open kitchen looked very clean and well maintained. It’s definitely a perfect spot for a date~~!
